ဂ်ပန္အြန္းစမ္းဆိုသည္မွာ (Onsen)

ဂ်ပန္လို အြန္းစမ္းဆိုတာကေတာ့ ေရပူစမ္းလို႔ေျပာရမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။
မီးေတာင္ေတြေပါမ်ားတဲ့ တိုင္းျပည္ျဖစ္တဲ့အေလ်ာက္ ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံမွာ အြန္းစမ္းအေရအတြက္ဟာ
ေထာင္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာရွိပါတယ္။ ဂ်ပန္လူမ်ိဳးေတြဟာ အြန္းစမ္းကို ႐ိုးရာဓေလ့ထံုးစံတစ္ခုအရ အမ်ားသံုး
ေရခ်ိဳးဖို႔ေနရာအျဖစ္သတ္မွတ္ထားပါတယ္။ ဒီေန႔မွာေတာ့ ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ ျပည္တြြင္းခရီးသြားလာေရးမွာ
အေရးႀကီးတဲ့အခန္းေနရာမွ တိုက္႐ိုက္ပတ္သတ္ေနပါတယ္။

An onsen (温泉) is a term for hot springs in the Japanese language. As a volcanically active country, Japan has thousands of onsen scattered along its length and breadth. Onsen were traditionally used as public bathing places and today play a central role in directing Japanese domestic tourism.

အြန္းစမ္း ရွိတဲ့ေနရာေတြကို သေကၤတအျဖစ္ေဖာ္ျပရာမွာေတာ့ အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ရွိပါတယ္။
ေရေႏြးေငြ႕ေလးေတြအေပၚကိုတက္ေနတဲ့ပံုစံ၊ ဂ်ပန္လို ေရေႏြးလို႔အဓိပါယ္ရတဲ့ ခန္းဂ်ိစာလံုး "ယု" ၊
တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာေတာ့ ဟီရဂနစာလံုး "ယု" ကို ငယ္ရြယ္တဲ့ကေလးေတြကို နားလည္လြယ္ေစဖို႔အတြက္
အသံုးျပဳေလ့ရွိပါတယ္။

The presence of an onsen is often indicated on signs and maps by the symbol ♨ or the kanji, 湯 (yu, meaning "hot water"). Sometimes the simpler hiragana character ゆ (yu) is used, to be understandable to younger children.

ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံကအြန္းစမ္းေတြဟာ အနာေရာဂါေပ်ာက္ကင္းေစတဲ့အစြြမ္းရွိတယ္လို႔ ယံုၾကည္ၾကပါတယ္။
ဂ်ပန္လူမ်ိဳးမ်ားယံုၾကည္ထားတာကေတာ့ အြန္းစမ္းထဲမွာေကာင္းစြာ ဝင္ေရာက္ေရဝင္စိမ္ေနၾကရင္
ကိုက္ခဲမႈ၊ နာက်င္မႈ နဲ႔ ေရာဂါေတြကိုေပ်ာက္ကင္းသြားပါတယ္။ Arthralgia, အေရျပားေရာဂါ၊ ဆီးခ်ိဳ ၊
ဝမ္းခ်ဳပ္ျခင္း၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားမီးယပ္မမွန္ျခင္း အစရွိတဲ့ေရာဂါေတြကိုေပ်ာက္ေစဖို႔အတြက္ အြန္းစမ္းကို
လာေရာက္ၾကပါတယ္။

In Japan, it is said onsen have various medical effects. Japanese people believe that a good soak in proper onsen heals aches, pains and diseases, and visit onsen to treat the illnesses, such as arthralgia, chronic skin diseases, diabetes, constipation, menstrual disorders and so on.

ထိုကဲ့သို႔ေသာ အြန္းစမ္းမွေပးသည့္ ေဆးဘက္ဝင္သည့္ အစြမ္းအာနိသင္ကို Balneotherapy လို႔
ေခၚတြင္ပါတယ္။ အြန္းစမ္းကုထံုးလို႔လဲ ေခၚတြင္ပါတယ္။ အြန္းစမ္းကုထံုးဆိုသည္မွာ အမ်ားႏွင့္စုေပါင္း
ေရခ်ိဳးၿပီး က်န္းမာေရးထိမ္းသိမ္းဖို႔၊ မေကာင္းတဲ့အရာေတြကို ပံုမွန္ျဖစ္ေစဖို႔နဲ႔ ဖ်ားနာျခင္းေတြကို တားဆီး
ကာကြယ္ဖို႔ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

These medical benefits have given onsen a central role in balneotherapy which is called "Onsen Therapy" (温泉療法 onsen-ryōhō). Onsen Therapy is a comprehensive bathing treatment conducted to maintain health, normalize dysfunctions and prevent illness.

မီးေတာင္ေပါမ်ားတဲ့အတြက္ ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံဟာ ေရပူစမ္းေျမာက္မ်ားစြာရွိပါတယ္။
အြန္းစမ္းတစ္ခုတည္းမွာေတာင္ ဓါတ္သတၱဳပမာဏအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးရွိတဲ့ ေရခ်ိဳးကန္အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးရွိပါတယ္။ 
အြန္းစမ္းမွာ ထင္ရွားတဲ့ ဓါတ္သတၱဳ ပစၥည္းေတြပါဝင္တယ္ဆိုရင္၊ အဲဒီအြန္းစမ္းကို ဘယ္လိုအမ်ိဳးအစား
အြန္းစမ္းကို တည္ေထာင္တယ္ဆိုၿပီး ေဖာ္ျပေလ့ရွိပါတယ္။ ဥပမာအားျဖင့္ေျပာျပရရင္ေတာ့

- ဆိုဒီယမ္ ကလို႐ိုဒ္ အြန္းစမ္း

The volcanic nature of Japan provides plenty of springs. A particular onsen may feature several different baths, each with water with a different mineral composition. When the onsen's water contains distinctive minerals or chemicals, the onsen establishments display what type of onsen it is.
Some examples of types of onsen include:

• Sulphur onsen (硫黄泉 iō-sen)
• Sodium chloride onsen (ナトリウム泉 natoriumu-sen)
• Hydrogen carbonate onsen (炭酸泉 tansan-sen)
• Iron onsen (鉄泉 tetsu-sen)

ဂ်ပန္႐ိုးရာအရ အြန္းစမ္းမွာ ေယာကၤ်ားနဲ႔ မိန္းမ အတူတူေရာၿပီးေရစိမ္ခ်ိဳးၾကပါတယ္။
ေမဂ်ီေခတ္ေျပာင္းေတာ္လွန္ေရးအတြင္း အေနာက္ႏိုင္ငံေတြနဲ႔ ဆက္ဆံမႈကိုဖြင့္လိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့
ေယာကၤ်ားနဲ႔ မိန္းမ ခြဲျခားမႈျပဳလုပ္ဖို႔ျဖစ္လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Traditionally, men and women bathed together at the onsen  but gender separation has been enforced since the opening of Japan to the West during the Meiji Restoration.

ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ေက်းလက္ေဒသမွာရွိတဲ့ အထူးအြန္းစမ္းေတြမွာေတာ့ေယာကၤ်ား၊ မိန္းမအတူေရစိမ္ခ်ိဳးျခင္းကို
ဆက္လက္ျပဳလုပ္ၾကပါတယ္။ အမ်ိဳးသမီးသီးသန္႔ေရခ်ိဳးရန္နဲ႔ အတူေရခ်ိဳးခ်ိန္ဆိုၿပီးစီစဥ္ထားပါတယ္။

Mixed bathing (混浴 konyoku) persists at some special onsen in rural areas of Japan, which usually also provide the option of separate "women-only" baths or different hours for the two sexes.

သူတို႔တစ္ကိုယ္လံုးကို သဘက္ေစာင္ႀကီးတစ္ထည္နဲ႔ ရစ္ပတ္ထားေလ့ရွိပါတယ္။ ကေလးေတြလည္း
အမ်ိဳးသားေရာ၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီးေရခ်ိဳးခန္းေတြမွာေတြ႕ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဂ်ပန္ႏုိင္ငံရဲ႕အခ်ိဳ႕ေဒသမ်ားနဲ႕ တိုက်ိဳၿမိဳ႕မွာေတာ့
အမ်ိဳးသား၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီးအတူေရခ်ိဳးျခင္းကို တားဆီးထားပါတယ္။

Men usually cover their genitals with a small towel while bathing, while women usually wrap
 their bodies in full size towels. Children of either sex may be seen in both the men's and
 the women's baths.In some prefectures of Japan, including Tokyo, where nude mixed
 bathing is banned.
